Course Description
Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify key social, political, and systemic stressors impacting both clients and clinicians, particularly within contexts of shared trauma and societal upheaval.
Explore and apply frameworks for understanding and contextualizing collective trauma, uncertainty, and ongoing societal shifts, distinguishing shared trauma from other forms of stress.
Develop and implement strategies for maintaining personal resilience and preventing burnout in the face of ongoing crises and politically charged environments.
