By accessing and using Therapists Unchained ("Platform"), operated by Suckerman Counseling PLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Therapists Unchained is a membership platform designed exclusively for licensed mental health professionals, providing:

3. Eligibility and Membership
3.1 Professional Requirements
Membership is limited to licensed mental health professionals, including:

Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LPC, etc.)

Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT, MFT)
-
Clinical Social Workers (LCSW, LICSW, etc.)

Mental Health Occupational Therapists
-
Substance Abuse Counselors (LCDC, LADC, etc.)

Clinical Psychologists

Other licensed mental health professionals as approved by Company

3.2 Verification
You must provide proof of current professional licensure and maintain valid licensure throughout your membership.
4. Account Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Use the platform professionally and ethically

Comply with all applicable professional codes of ethics
5. Professional Standards and Code of Conduct
5.1 Professional Behavior
All members must maintain professional standards consistent with their licensing requirements and professional codes of ethics. This includes:

Maintaining confidentiality in all discussions

Avoiding conflicts of interest

Providing accurate information and credentials
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct

Unauthorized recording or sharing of consultation content

Commercial solicitation without express permission

Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged as specified in your selected membership plan. Fees may include:

6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed automatically according to your billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
6.3 Late Payments
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services. We will attempt to process payment multiple times before suspending access.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content provided through the platform, including educational materials, resources, and recorded sessions, remains the intellectual property of Suckerman Counseling PLLC or licensed third parties.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for platform operations and improvement.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
9. Continuing Education
9.1 CE Credit Provision
We may offer continuing education credits for qualifying programs. CE credits are subject to approval by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.
9.2 Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for verifying that CE credits meet their licensing requirements and for maintaining accurate records.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCKERMAN COUNSELING PLLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

The platform provides professional development and educational resources but does not constitute:

12. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
